Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

You have 14 calendar days to change your mind about your purchase.

The period starts from the receipt of your order.

Return Process

1. Contact us at heymiamorshop@gmail.com with your order number
2. We will send you a return label
3. Return the unworn item in perfect condition
4. We will confirm receipt within 48 hours
5. Refund issued within 30 days

Return Conditions

The item must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• Original tags intact
• Original packaging included
• Without deformation or stain

Return Costs

• Defective or damaged item: Free return (costs reimbursed by us)
• Customer withdrawal: Return shipping costs at your expense

Refund

Upon receipt and validation of the item, the refund will be issued to the same payment method within a maximum of 30 days.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to items:

• Clearly identified as "non-returnable"
• Worn or intentionally damaged
• Modified by the customer

Legal Guarantee

Legal guarantee of conformity: 2 years from receipt

If a product has a defect, we will exchange or refund it free of charge.
