2. Products and Prices
All prices are displayed in Euros (€) including VAT.
Prices include French VAT at 20%. For customers outside France, VAT may be adjusted according to local legislation.
Shipping costs are clearly indicated before order confirmation.
3. Free Shipping Offer
Free shipping for orders of 2 items or more.
For single orders: €5.99 shipping costs
4. Order and Confirmation
The order becomes final after payment acceptance. A confirmation summary will be sent by email.
We reserve the right to refuse an order for reasons of fraud or insufficient stock.
5. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
You have 14 calendar days to return your purchase.
The period starts from the date of receipt of the order.
Return Process:
- Contact us at heymiamorshop@gmail.com with your order number
- We will send you a return label
- Return the unworn item in perfect condition
- We will confirm receipt within 48 hours
- Refund processed within 30 days
Return Costs:
- Defective or damaged item: Free return (reimbursed by us)
- Customer withdrawal: Shipping costs at your expense (you retain the benefit of €5.99 free shipping)
Condition required for return:
- Unworn, unwashed item
- Original tags and packaging intact
- No deformation or stains
6. Refund
Once the item has been received and validated, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 30 days to the same payment method.
7. Shipping
Estimated delivery times:
- France: 5-7 business days
- United Kingdom, Italy, Germany: 7-10 business days
You will receive a tracking link by email.
8. Liability in Case of Loss
In case of loss during delivery (carrier's responsibility), we will:
- File a claim with the carrier
- Offer you a refund or a free replacement
- Handle the case within 10 days
9. Legal Warranty
Legal guarantee of conformity: 2 years (from the date of receipt)
If a product is defective, we will exchange or refund it free of charge.
10. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to items:
- Clearly marked as "non-returnable"
- Worn or intentionally damaged
- Modified by the customer
11. Payment
Accepted payment methods: Credit card, PayPal, ApplePay, Google Pay
Your bank details are processed in accordance with PCI-DSS by secure providers.
12. Applicable Law
These Conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Montpellier.
