2. Products and Prices
All prices displayed are in Euros (€) inclusive of all taxes (TTC).
Prices include French VAT at 20%. For customers outside France, VAT may be adjusted according to local legislation.
Shipping costs are clearly displayed before order confirmation.
3. Free Shipping Offer
Free shipping for orders of 2 items or more.
For a single order: shipping costs are €5.99
4. Order and Confirmation
The order becomes final after payment acceptance. A summary will be sent by email.
We reserve the right to refuse an order due to fraud or insufficient stock.
5. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
You have 14 calendar days to change your mind about your purchase.
The period starts from the receipt of your order.
Return Process:
- Contact us at heymiamorshop@gmail.com with your order number
- We will send you a return label
- Return the unworn item in perfect condition
- We will validate receipt within 48 hours
- Refund will be processed within 30 days
Return Costs:
- Defective or damaged item: Free return (costs reimbursed by us)
- Customer withdrawal: Return costs at your expense (savings made: free shipping of €5.99 kept by the customer)
Required condition for return:
- Item unworn, unwashed
- Original tags and packaging intact
- No deformation or stain
6. Refund
Once the item has been received and validated, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 30 days using the same payment method.
7. Delivery
Estimated delivery times are:
- Metropolitan France: 5-7 business days
- United Kingdom, Italy, Germany: 7-10 business days
You will receive a tracking link by email.
8. Responsibility for Loss
In case of loss during delivery (carrier's responsibility), we will:
- File a claim with the carrier
- Offer you a refund or free reshipment
- Process the case within 10 days
9. Legal Guarantee
Legal guarantee of conformity: 2 years (from receipt)
If a product has a defect, we will exchange or refund it free of charge.
10. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to items:
- Clearly identified as "non-returnable"
- Worn or intentionally damaged
- Modified by the customer
11. Payment
Accepted payment methods: Credit card, PayPal, ApplePay, Google Pay
Your bank details are processed in PCI-DSS compliance by secure providers.
12. Applicable Law
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Montpellier.
