2. Products and Prices
All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT.
Prices include French VAT of 20%. For customers outside France, VAT may be adjusted according to local regulations.
Shipping costs will be clearly displayed before order confirmation.
3. Free Shipping
Free shipping for orders of 2 items or more.
For single item orders: shipping fee €5.99
4. Order and Confirmation
Your order becomes binding after payment confirmation. A confirmation summary will be sent by email.
We reserve the right to refuse an order for reasons of fraud or insufficient stock.
5. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
You have 14 calendar days to withdraw from your purchase.
The period starts from the day you receive the order.
Return Procedure:
- Contact us at heymiamorshop@gmail.com with your order number
- We will send you a return label
- Return the unworn item in perfect condition
- We will confirm receipt within 48 hours
- Refund processed within 30 days
Return Costs:
- Defective or damaged item: Free return (reimbursed by us)
- Customer withdrawal: Return shipping costs at your expense (you keep the €5.99 free shipping)
Required Condition for Return:
- Unworn, unwashed item
- Original tags and packaging intact
- No deformation or stains
6. Refund
Once the item is received and confirmed, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 30 days to the same payment method.
7. Delivery
Estimated delivery times:
- France: 5-7 business days
- United Kingdom, Italy, Germany: 7-10 business days
You will receive a tracking link by email.
8. Liability for Loss
In case of loss during delivery (carrier's responsibility), we will:
- File a complaint with the carrier
- Offer you a refund or free replacement
- Handle the case within 10 days
9. Legal Guarantee
Guarantee of conformity: 2 years (from the date of receipt)
If a product is defective, we will replace or refund it free of charge.
10. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to items:
- Clearly marked as "non-returnable"
- Worn or intentionally damaged
- Modified by the customer
11. Payment
Accepted payment methods: Credit card, PayPal, ApplePay, Google Pay
Your bank details are processed in PCI-DSS compliance by secure providers.
12. Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are subject to French law. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of Montpellier.
