2. Products and Prices
All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT (Value Added Tax).
Prices include 20% French VAT. For customers outside France, VAT may be adjusted according to local legislation.
Shipping costs are clearly displayed before order confirmation.
3. Free Shipping Offer
Free shipping for orders of 2 items or more.
For single item orders: €5.99 shipping fee
4. Order and Confirmation
Your order becomes final after payment acceptance. A confirmation summary will be sent by email.
We reserve the right to refuse an order for fraud or insufficient stock reasons.
5. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
You have 14 calendar days to return your purchase.
The period starts from the date you receive your order.
Return Process:
- Contact us at heymiamorshop@gmail.com with your order number
- We will send you a return label
- Return the unworn, perfect condition item
- We will confirm receipt within 48 hours
- Refund processed within 30 days
Return Costs:
- Defective or damaged item: Free return (refunded by us)
- Customer withdrawal: Return shipping at your expense (you keep the €5.99 free shipping benefit)
Required Return Condition:
- Unworn, unwashed item
- Original tags and packaging intact
- No deformation or stains
6. Refund
Once the item is received and validated, refund will be processed within maximum 30 days to the same payment method.
7. Delivery
Estimated delivery times:
- France: 5-7 business days
- UK, Italy, Germany: 7-10 business days
You will receive a tracking link by email.
8. Liability for Loss
In case of loss during delivery (carrier responsibility), we will:
- File a claim with the carrier
- Offer you a refund or free replacement
- Handle the case within 10 days
9. Legal Warranty
Legal warranty of conformity: 2 years (from receipt date)
If a product is defective, we will exchange or refund it free of charge.
10. Withdrawal Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to items:
- Clearly marked as "non-returnable"
- Worn or intentionally damaged
- Modified by the customer
11. Payment
Accepted payment methods: Credit card, PayPal, ApplePay, Google Pay
Your banking data is processed in PCI-DSS compliance by secure providers.
12. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to Montpellier courts jurisdiction.
